This is an old fashioned capelet or short shawl that is light enough to wear in the Spring or Summer, but will add a nice layer of warmth on a colder night if you need it. Crocheted from 100% cotton, it can be worn safely by anyone with a wool allergy.

The color is a rich purple. It fastens with a pretty purple and black resin brooch with a black metal base. The back of the brooch has both a pin and a loop on it, so can also be strung on a chain and worn as a necklace.

The size is approximately a woman's medium/large. it is shorter in the back. It measures approximately 18" high, with the top length approximately 29" and the bottom edge approximately 31".

If you need to, please wash in soap and cold water and lay flat to dry.

This was made in a smoke free but not pet free home... I do have cats!
