Unsure of cause. Tablet is completely wiped. Wi-Fi only. Charges to 100%. Unsure of battery life once fully charged, but to my knowledge no major issues. Medge kids' case included. With case on, there are virtually no flaws with the appearance of the tablet. Sold as is.
