Looks like size Small or Medium

Lovely 100% cotton soft flannel, selvage on the back seam and front placket inside. Rare design of mock collar built in the front body panel, works as optical illusion that there is an actual collar, the pattern makes it appear as collar.
Self tie strap fastening. One Chest pocket. Soft flannel on the inside. Nice hickory stripes pattern fabric blue/ pink/ off white colours.

Wear it in cold months with jumper under the jacket or in summer as light jacket.
Generous and factory comfortable to be worn as loungewear too

Condition - Lovely vintage condition, some storage spots, Please use zoom feature and review carefully the pictures. Lots of life left!

Note that it is vintage garment and there could be some bad threads, small areas with missing stitching, pin spots, etc.
Note that sizing of vintage clothing can be quite different to today's sizing,
