This is a gorgeous set based on Greek mythology.

The set is Made to order and can take 4 weeks from factory casting to completion. if I have back-stock, cast and dry it will be far swifter of course, depending on timing and workload

This listing includes All 32 pieces to make a full set of chessmen. Boards are not included,

Each piece is Cold-cast by hand using Tufstone a polymer modified gypsum cement, then painted, glazed and felt bottoms attached.
The set requires a board with at least a 1.25 inch squares,
The King is 4.5 inches tall the Pawns are 3 3/8 inches

King -Zeus
Queen - Hera
Bishop - Aries
Knight - Centaur
Castle (Rook) - Greek column
Pawn - Hoplite

I make each piece as strong as possible these are essentially akin to a solid ceramic handled correctly they will last a lifetime but will break if dropped on a concrete floor for instance.The set is shipped with each piece individually bubble wrapped and laid on a bed of larger bubbles and packing peanuts.
