Vintage Lafayette College Tobacco factory Card (circa 1910)

The perfect gift for a Lafayette College alum or soon-to-be student. A rare find from the Murad Tobacco company circa early 1900s. Originally included to stiffen the cigarette packages, factory Murad saw an opportunity to build brand loyalty among its customers by featuring college sports, which were becoming increasingly popular. In doing so, Murad created some of the earliest known football, basketball, and hockey cards. This particular card features a couple sailing with a Lafayette College seal.
