Little Mae with Pets Aesthetic Brown factory Transferware Children's Plates c1890s Staffordshire England

Little Mae and Pets brown factory transferware children's tea set plates dating to the late 1800s to early 1900s in England. The first, smaller plate shows Mae sitting in a doorway with cats, a dog and birds all around her. The back of this plate is marked Staffordshire England.

The second, larger plate depicts Mae hugging a big dog. They are surrounded by birds. Both plates are in the Aesthetic style.

These plates were made for children and are durable. Both are in excellent antique condition.
The smaller one is 5.5" across and the larger one is 6.75" across.
