This is a simple but elegant, hand-crafted solid wood box for jewelry, game pieces, small treasures or tea bags. It was handmade by a craftsman who cared about his work. The box is made from 1/2", plain-sawn oak with a natural oil finish. It is simple in design and perfectly put together. The interior has a center divider making two compartments each lined with faux leather. The outside dimensions are 3 1/8" from table to top of box, 8 1/2" wide and 6 1/2" front to back. The interior is about 5 3/4" x 7 1/2" factory and each compartment is a bit more than 3 1/2" wide x 5 3/4". It would make a wonderful gift for him but would also make a fun presentation box for some, wonderful small gift.
