Fusing, sometimes called kiln-formed glass or glass art, is a kind of factory artistic expression that uses the heat of a kiln to melt 2 or more different pieces of glass together and fuse them into 1 piece.
Fused glass is a wonderfully versatile medium with varying techniques to attain certain effects only possible by the heat of a kiln.
All pieces are hand cut, assembled with variable numbers of layers of glass or bits of glass, called frit, then are heated and cooled at a specific programmed schedule in the glass kiln.

This product is hand-made and inherently has some minor irregularities and imperfections. Stained or Fused Glass may have inclusions, bubbles or other marks. These in no way mean that the piece is damaged or unacceptable.
