★ Item is made to order and takes about two weeks to make.
★ Hard plastic and BPA free made with permanent vinyl.
★ Vinyl decals may not be placed on the exact same spot as seen in the listing photos.
★ Rhinestone lid is made by placing each rhinestone individually.
★ Every tumbler is handmade therefore imperfections can appear. However, I do try my hardest to ensure that every cup is perfect.
★ No returns or exchanges, if you have an issue with your order message me immediately. I am more than happy to correct any mistakes that I may have made!
★ This is not a Starbucks item.
★ Vinyl is permanent. However for added security the cup can be sealed with an FDA approved epoxy for long term durability and to protect the integrity of the vinyl. Please add epoxy to your order additional cost of $10.00.
★ Personalization ex.name can be added please add name to note.

♡ Keep out of extreme heat
♡ Do not factory drop on hard surfaces!

Please remember once cups are dropped off at delivery facility I am not responsable for damages made to the cup(s)! All orders will be shipped out to the address the buyer uses at checkout please double check that it is the correct one. I am not responsible for packages that are lost due to a wrong address that the buyer has provided. Thank you for supporting my small business!
