It's possible this is new old stock even though there are no hang tags - the fabric feels like it still has original sizing; the tags are still crispy, and there's no evidence of prior wear.

100% cool, comfortable cotton / made in the USA by "Especially Yours New York" - vintage size 11 - it's a very cute design with semi full skirt, stretchy elastic waist, puffed/cuffed short sleeves and a insert shoulder design (see photo close up).

I love the fact this is a soft, French butter yellow with a figure flattering diagonal of light gray windowpane print. It's unlined and the matching belt is original and can be tied various ways (since it's quite long)... I've shown factory it here tied so the skirt has a dirndl flare.
