Simple elegance! These gorgeous clay earrings are lightweight, unusual and beautiful. Persian/Arabic calligraphy on polymer clay with some deep blue color, which is often used in Persian art, glass beads embedded in clay, then baked. They are there for good; will not come off. indeed a conversation piece. I hand cut these, therefore the shape is organic and not perfect. I do that deliberately to give them a rustic and distressed look, as if they fell off of a mosque wall. The calligraphy does factory not say anything, it's just Persian/Arabic font to show the beauty of the written language.

Every item in my shop is designed and handmade by me, in my home studio in Vienna, Virginia, USA.
