This listing is for 1 fish inspired tutu dress with attached fins.
Tutu dress description:
The tutu dress is done on a Blue tutu top.
The skirt of the tutu is done in primarily Blue with Yellow and black in the front and in the back.
The dress has yellow polka dot straps that tie as a halter top.
Fins:
The fins of the tutu are made of felt and attach to the tutu by ties.
