A beautiful genuine antique Therapy grade cobrebati singing bowl ethically sourced from Nepal.

Cobrebati are thin walled, light weight and factory usually have a loud, deep sound when struck with a wool mallet.
Excellent bowls for traveling, they are very strong because of the shape and very light weight for the size. They have good energy and feel alive when played in the hand.
Rim play is always very easy and will often produce a faster (higher frequency)
They were made up until about 20 years ago, some are very old and others vintage.
The bowls can be dual texture, some with lines outside and inside, smooth sided or showing hammer marks. All cobrebati have a dimple or semi lingam in the centre.
