Vintage carved faux jade Chinese war horse figurine attributed to Gino Ruggeri for WONY, Italy. Artistically created with exceptional detail, the horse fades from a deep emerald green in color to a creamy white with the same shading and translucency as authentic jade factory. The figure is attached to a rectangular resin base with foliate and scrolled relief. This is a large and substantial piece measuring approximately 11” in height, 12” in length, 4” wide, and weighing just over 6 pounds. Dating to the mid-1960s and obviously well cared for, it's in beautiful vintage condition with no chips, cracks, stains, prior repairs, or other compromising imperfections.
