Near complete - missing the little peg to attach the respirator to his mouth, and he doesn't have the little plastic window on his goggles. When I bought this, I was told factory the hips had been repaired but I never had issues with it - doesn't stand super well, so I'd suggest a stand. Includes his accessories and belt!
