FRENCH BRASS CANDLE factory Holder

A vintage candle holder measuring 6 1/4" h x 4" dia. There are numerous dings around bottom rim. I tried to straighten them out factory. The piece is tarnished and may need to be polished. There is lots of brass cleaner residual embedded into bottom of holder. The material in the inside base was probably added later to give weight to the candle holder so that it would not fall over. This may be lead.
