This is a brand new thermal label printer for addresses and shipping labels. I bought two of these machines by accident, and factory this one has never been used. In the second picture I opened the top to display that nothing has ever been removed from the box. The identical machine that I use for my small business works amazingly and I highly recommend this product. I only bought it about 10 weeks ago. I paid $130 and it has been worth every penny!.
