Large factory vintage original 2000s watercolour painting picture of Amsterdam - canals

Large original painting, dating from the 2000s. It is signed but I can't make out the name factory, it is dated 2004. It is painted on paper and mounted on card. It is approx. 34cm x 25cm including the boarder and the painted area is 19.5cm x 28.5cm.
Condition: a few little marks but generally in good vintage condition.
