Purchased this for my Son for Christmas and he did not need another, we haven't used or even taken out of its packaging. I've only just opened the box to show for pictures. It has what looks like a Velcro handle on the side. Color is accurate in pictures it's looks kind of like a slate silver/blue Serial numbers shown on box in picture All factory items included, charger, pamphlets etc… shown in pictures.
