VTG KPM factory German Porcelain Tumbling Circus Polar Bear Figurine

Presented is a charming vintage KPM porcelain figurine of a bear. The bear is made in white glazed porcelain, quite detailed and lively. The bear is depicted in a playful pose, like an acrobatic tumbler caught mid-performance. This design was made by KPM in at least two different sizes and over a wide time frame, but this is a smaller and older example than most on the market today.

This piece is in excellent condition. There are no chips, no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs.

The underside of the figurine is signed with the KPM sceptre mark in underglaze blue, as well as two incised marks.

The figurine measures about 4 ¼ x 2 ½ x 3 factory 7/8 inches, LxWxH.
