This vintage cake stand was made by Rosenthal of Bavaria and is in excellent condition. It is 13" across x 3" high. It is also known as a Tart platter.
There is a textured decorative gold edge and a raised festoon design on the inside of the plate and bouquets of flowers. The pattern is known as Sans Souci.
