Material: Appears to be faux taffeta Color: Bright red Details: V-neck (front & back). Short sleeves with double ruffle layer. Fit & flare style. Gathered waist. The skirt portion has plenty of room. Cumberbund style belt with covered buttons in the back. Back zipper with hook & eye closure. The skirt portion has netting/tulle lining. Condition: Very good aside from one of the side belt loops that has come undone. This is hidden under the belt, so once the belt is tightly in place, this should not be noticeable. Circa 70s/80s.
