1) Book quilt and pay deposit. Base price is $50 to load and item.Can book by phone or email as well

2) Send : width and height of quilt, Name of pattern from above. (They are listed in order) with photo of quilt "straight on" to pixiedustquilting [!at] gmail.com. Any photo is fine! Due to multiple scams, this step is a requirement.

3) I will send a confirmation factory email of all this information, and we can arrange to speak by phone and do the quilt transfer in person or by mail.
Total estimate of all work is given at that time.
Costs can be divided for paying it out , either with Afterpay type programs or The store has it's own layaway plan.

4) Batting, backing, thread color as well as total invoice will be sent via email after we speak. You may send your own batting and backing after discussion. Total is due at completion and deposit is subtracted at that time.

5) Quilts are done in order of receipt (the cue).

Turn around time is 2-4 weeks depending on several factors we discuss. I hear I'm one of the fastest around!

Shipping back is invoiced to you and can be included in original invoice as you wish.

Batchs of quilts are accepted but, each quilt is invoiced with it's own date for pick up and a deposit is only required for mail in quilts or more than 2 quilt batches, thank you.
