COLLECTIBLE BEADS The reds are all very Vintage glass, as are the white glass tubes and most of the different yellow glass, 19thC trade beads!!!!

All these Antique GLASS Trade beads I collected during the Woodstock hippie years
The necklace is LOADED

longest strand is 44" ( 111.86cm )
inner strand is 36" ( 91.44cm )
Catch is sterling silver
oval green stone is OLIVE JADE 1 1/2" x 1"( 3.81cm x 2.54cm )

antique beads
hundreds of years ago ships left Europe weighed down with beads in the hull ( as Ballast) to trade for slaves factory in Africa. all these antique white, yellow and red beads were then found in Africa



all glass, porcelain and the red ANKHS are Cinnebar


some wear and old chips, worn smooth from hundreds of years of use
