This dress is EVERYTHING. Stunning custom dress by Valerie Banks made in USA. Fitted bodice, sweetheart neckline and wiggle skirt. Light acetate in stunning red. Back is low cut. the best part? LAYERS of RUFFLES at the neck and hem. Seriously SO good. Features a little bow factory at the back hem of the skirt with rhinestone trim. Zipper closure. Truly just a dream.

Condition: Great! A pin hole at the neckline, but given the ruffles really not noticeable. Otherwise perfect.
