The console has two noticeable flaws: 1. The top screen is partially broken. Please refer to photos to see how it effects gameplay. 2. There is damage on the top left-hand corner of the top screen, but it's the screen protector, not the screen itself. Other than that, the 3DS works well. It charges just fine and plays factory both DS and 3DS games perfectly. The console comes with a stylus, no games, and no charger. The console is also adult-owned and comes from a smoke-free home. It can be used to play games right away, for parts, or would be a great buy for someone that's able to replace the top screen.
