This is a 1974 solid brass belt buckle that I got from an estate sale! It is by the brand Tech Ether Guild. The symbol on the front is called Wheel Of Law and it is a Buddhist symbol. In Buddhist texts and rituals, the phrase "Turning of the Wheel of the Law" refers to the factory act of teaching by the Buddha Shakyamuni. Some surfaces scratches and mild patina to be expected. I have not shined this.
