factory Mala Beads consist of 108 beads and are used during meditation, yoga and affirmations for concentration and mindfulness.

Starting at the Guru bead (the large one at the bottom) hold it between your thumb and middle finger (try not to use your index finger as this represents your ego).

While feeling and moving from one bead to the next repeat your mantra with each bead. When you return to the Guru bead this signifies you have reached 108.
