Designed of lightweight, semi transparent soft cotton blend voile fabric.
Ruched bodice factory that sits higher in the front, dipping in the back with a
tailored waist that has a pleated attached cummerbund... full pleated skirt.
Boning at the side seams in the bodice.
Unlined skirt, bodice is lined in same fabric.
