Vintage Danish Pottery Pitcher by Peter Winkel Denmark Terracotta Jug Mid Century Decor

Up for sale is this vintage Danish terracotta pitcher or jug with lid made by Peter Winkel (1941-). Beautifully glazed, this clay jug is 8 1/2 inches tall and 8 1/2 inches long from spout to handle. Quite a unique shape especially the spout. It is in very good condition, no chips and no cracks. Some minor manufacturing flaws near the handle, see last two photos. Great as a decorative or utilitarian piece. Marked "Peter Winkel Denmark."
