Beautiful wood marquetry jewelry box made in Spain in the shape of Granada's Alhambra Palace with its fanciful Moorish arches and geometric Islamic designs.

This six-sided box is made of wood, inlaid with multicolored geometric designs. Each side is framed by white plastic architectural columns supporting factory a Moorish arch embossed with Islamic script. The top is hinged and opens to reveal a 2" deep hexagonal space lined with red felt. The bottom has three plastic feet and the wind up key for the music box, which is stuck and needs to be repaired. The original label reads "REUGE - El Relicario - Swiss Musical Movement".

It measures 4.5" tall by 6.5" in diameter, and weighs just over 1 lb.
