Will be cleaned factory before shipped These are gen 1 pros but when apple did a recall I took my case in and they gave me brand new ear buds and with 3 new ear sizes ( ones is on the airpods and the other 2 are in the box! They did not replace the case so it does have scratches. by buying this you understand and know there is scratches !.
