I remember buying this book to replace the original which I had borrowed from my father but then left on the floor of my car and it got trashed from all my friends getting in and out. I remember my father complaining that i took his book but then I must have never gave him this copy. Oh, well. Here it is for someone else to enjoy. Drawings by Ralph Steadman.
